We aim to maximize the return on every minute and dollar you spend

Austyn Crites has worked across general management, operations and sales, building recurring revenue, leading teams and managing high-value customer and employee relationships. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Industries worked in span from construction, manufacturing to aerospace.

He founded Golden Ten Advisory after repeatedly seeing the same pattern: a small number of customers and employees could create—or erase—years of company value. Yet most owners had no simple system to identify, measure and protect those relationships before trouble became visible.

He also observed that owners with strong relationships were typically more relaxed, while others were pulled from one crisis to the next. Golden Ten exists to help owners focus on their core relationships, achieve more durable profitability and enjoy a calmer business life.

Know which relationships are holding your company together. Measure them. Protect them.
