Golden Ten Advisory was established by Austyn Crites, a dedicated business operator, founder, and inventor who has navigated the high-stakes turning points that determine whether a company thrives or collapses due to relationship management. He's worked alongside the great, the good, the bad, the ugly and worse. No matter the state of your business relationships, he can relate.
Austyn has generated large recurring revenue bases across various sectors, nurtured life-long professional bonds and recruited elite teams. Most importantly, he has witnessed first-hand how dramatically a company shifts when cornerstone clients and employees either arrive or depart. He understands the weight of a company's top 10 relationships and the complexities they carry.
His insights are forged in real-world experiences. He has seen major accounts propel organizations to new heights as well as nearly bankrupt firms. He has seen top-tier colleagues arrive full of energy and then sadly exit due to a lack of connection and respect - rather than salary disputes. He has observed clients leave long-term partners without saying a word (ghosted) simply because the daily processes became stale or difficult. He has also been in the room where large deals were sealed purely on the strength of a handshake when trust and timing align, where millions of dollars are allocated to "a human" rather than to a product or service.
Holding an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Austyn’s career spans roles in operations, innovation, sales, and general management. He has traveled extensively, led global teams, and has seen the full gamit of the best and most dysfunctional teams in action.
